SufControl Invades

All of the sudden today I go to a certain site that has this funny Nintendo video and I am getting a blocked paged that says “SurfControl blocked page.” I know what that program is (and am sure it would block that page because of some questional content) but I never installed it. I want my Nintendo video! The only thing I installed recentlly was FreshUI from www.freshdevices.com, but they have nothing like this.
How is this program blocking websites now on my home PC?
