Suggest AntiVirus/SPAM Filter Gateway

Can anyone offer a good recommendation on an Opensource project that would run AntiVirus and SPAM filtering? Thanks.

  I use all of these with sendmail to eliminate
  somewhere around 95% of the spam that I used to
  get to my site. Mail Scanner will let you
  include a lot of virus scanners in with it also.
  all of this is open source, accept maybe the
  antivirusapp.

  DCC (http://rhyolite.com/anti-spam/dcc/ )
  RAZOR2 (http://razor.sourceforge.net/)

  MailScanner works quite well and is easy to setup.
  SA is a bit involved, but it all works together nicely.

  Another good one is inflex. I use it with Sophos and it works very well for me.
