This is my 3rd and final attempt to get support assistance from TechRepublic. I have made several unsuccessful attempts to update my account page. All I keep getting after clicking on your update button is a database error message. When I submitted the problem in detail to your Support page, your autoresponder keeps repeating the same reply that has no bearing on what I need help with. Can somebody inside the machine please contact me at the email address I've been trying to update, which is: dmobley@oz.net, or call me toll free at (800) 473-6761, ext. 1113, before 11:00 a.m. today and I'll let you know about the problems I'm experiencing on my account page, (I'm out on Friday too).

I am having the same problems trying to access a human. I just subscribed to the Tech Pro Guild and whenever I click on the link I get blank pages. I have asked for help via many different avenues and always get a auto response. PLEASE people... we are paying customers. You should make yourselves more accessible. This is ridiculous. I am cancelling my membership.
