Hi! I started a small IT Support and consulting company this year and fortunally all is going well and I’m getting more and more customers.
Now i know a lot of you in similar situations provide support/maintenance contracts to your most regular customers….Exactly what do you provide and what are the benefits for both parties?
I can see the regular income for me, the garanteed support for the customer, but do you provide something eles? Reduced prices? Extra hours? How do you set services and support limits?
I’m really looking foward for your experiences/opinions on this.
P.S.– I’m not in the US if that mathers in legal terms….
