Hi,

In that chipset i think that you have no problems to add the 80gb hard disk.
Just plugged the cable on Secondary Master or Primary(slave or master) and go to the bios and use IDE Config or Detect IDE

If the bios do not support this 80gb, go to the mainboard company web page and look for update bios.
Just download the new one.
ATTENTION: Do not update bios if you don?t no how.
First just check the version of your bios and date.
When the computer starts left bottom side.

Any help just ask

Best Regards.
