I have an Acer Aspire 5100 for 1 and half year now.
I was forced to change my DC adaptor when Acer’s collapsed lol so I went and bought one from the local store doing the same ol’ job, but not being Acer’s. Acer was out of stock back that time.
Anyway, when I first plugged it, my Touchpad (Synaptics brand) started to act weird.
It was freezing, and while the heat inside the laptop was rising, touchpad was not functioning at all, by remaining still frozen.
Could it be a coinsidence? Or the adaptor makes up the whole problem?
