Sync MSOutlook between PC and laptop.

1.I need to know how to syncronize emails, contacts and calendar between workstation with WinXP Pro and MSOffice 2000 and laptop with WinMe and MSOffice 2000 too. They are conected by crossover cable.
2. Also need to know how to expand working hours of the calendar in Microsoft Outlook 2000. Every time I try to use the standart method that come with Outlook (Tools Menu, Options, etc), it’s change, but after closing windows where this can be done, the calendar show only 4 working hour editable and not permit typing outside this 4 hours. Can anybody help, please?
