Synching Blackberry with Notes

When attempting to sync a blackberry with lotus notes I get an error referring to Lotus Notes stating an internal error #4238 occurred. After the sync only half of the address book contents copied over, yet there is enough memory on the handheld device. If anyone has any feedback it would be greatly appreciated.
