syssecuritysite.com won’t go away

Every time I open IE6 this site pops up and replaces my search engine. I have cleared it thru resetting the default page, run adware se, spybot s&D and my antivirus program avg and still it won’t go away. I also ran some beta windows defender program and no result. Can anyone tell me the way to rid my PC of it.
