Running Win XP Home with IE and Firefox
1)Browsers can launch, but immediately close.
2)User Accounts folder opens frame but fails to show users, then closes.
3)System Restore will not launch.
4)Services will not launch and can’t be seen in Computer Management (and shuts down).
Does anyone have a clue?
