Tab Styled Access Forms

By jkboc ·
I have created a form in MS Access that uses tabs. In design mode I can click on each tab and see the controls on each tab, but in view/enter mode none of the controls are visible. It seems to me that I may have created the tabs and place the controls improperly, but I don't know how to correct it. Can anyone help?

Tabed forms

Are you using Subforms on those tabs? If so check Child/Master relationships between the forms. If not check the association between the underlying query/table and the controls and the form. The problem you describe usually occurs for me when I forget to build one of the above relationships. If Access can't determine what you wanted displayed it won't show the controls.
