I have a DB that I created approximately a year ago that includes a table that we used to store a graphic related to a specific customer product. The graphic is a jpg file that was inserted into a MS Word document then copied to the field from a form. Everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago when the users could no longer add records that included a picture to the table. If they try, it appears like everything is fine but when they go back into the form to look at the record nothing is there. You can not add a record to the table if you try to add the graphic to it. As far as I know, nothing has changed in the DB and there are a few hundred records that have similar graphics in them but now we can not add anymore.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this problem?
