TCM 7.0 issues

I walked in to a new job 4 weeks ago at the 11th. hour of a major rollout at a 80+ end user company – 200 total – it’s a factory, for TCM 7.0. It is replacing 5.1 on UNIX. Does anyone have a comments or issues I should be looking at with respect to TCM 7.0. I know very little of this product and I am not that impressed.
