Things that I'm sure you already checked, but it couldn't hurt to check them again:

- Will NetMeeting work when the option "Allow all users full access to Internet with other applications" under "Internet Access Manager"?

- Does NetMeeting useTCP or UDP, and are the ports entered accordingly?

- Can you ping the internal target computer?

- Did you open the ports through Internet Access Manager, or Advanced System Features?

- Is RIP enabled?

Conclusion: It's a TeamInternet issue, not Windows. Try contacting eSoft; they have a great tech support.
