What TechMails do you have available (if any) specifically for beginners and/or students (assigned to my staff) that would be useful for orientation to the field?

TechMails for beginners &/or students?

I would not fdiscourage anyone from receiving Techmails, especially students. There are many topics well covered at this site, so the hardest question for your students is how to immerse. Which topics are of most interest to them.

Over time they'll learn which topics are of interest and start swapping for another. More important by folloing the dialogue and issues covered they is an absolute win in the learning area. Don'tdiscourage them from posting to discusions or asking questions as longas you ask them to respect the forum and realize that the range of expertise here is from newbie to senior CIO level. Things they read here and don't understand make good starting quetions for classes or private sessions with you. This wy they learns facts, you earn their rate of interest and progress in various topics, and ability to comunicate.
