LockedI noticed that when in Technical Q&A many questions have the same answers. After seeing another peer mention the same ‘broken record’ syndrome, I thought it may be useful to provide a “Basic Troubleshooting How To’s” page or a doorway page to Technical Q&A that offers standard troublehooting techniques such as running Adaware, Running SFC, driver searches (driverguide etc) in a sort of FAQ fashion, with a link for more help if needed.
This may even be a good way to reduce the amount of Questions in Discussion forums as people would look to the obvious before seeking more advice, the page could then offer a “Further Help” link that goes to the Technical Q&A section directly.
