Hi, although a lot of people read these posts, they are meant for answering technical questions rather than seeking an employer (I have seen job attempts fail here many times). Instead, this site offers career advice (the ask the headhunter series) and you can post specific questions/issues to be answered professionally. The shot gun approach to putting your resume on the web does not hold the same promise as a targeted search revolving around a handful of compnaies you want to work with or for. Research select compnaies and develop your arguments as to why you are a prime candidate to increase their productivity, reduce their training costs and enhance their bottom line. You may want to consult – look at http://www.guru.com; job-seeking advice: http://www.asktheheadhunter.com
      Hope this helps. Good luck.
