Our server is receiving email messages from TechRepublic that fail DKIM checks, because the DKIM selector (“smtpapi” in those messages we’re seeing) is not in DNS. The domain is “noreply.techrepublic.com”, though the message is sent via sendgrid.net. Interestingly, there is a DNS record by the name of smtpapi._domainkey.sendgrid.net, but that does not work give the domain specified as part of the DKIM signature is TechRepublic’s domain.
Anyone know how to inform TechRepublic of their misconfiguration?
