Why is it that some of your doc's that I DL will not open and I end up sending error reports to microsoft? Understanding the fact that this DOES NOT happen will all of the DL's just some of them.

Hello,

Anyhow, I download a lot of the TR information with very few problems.

I suspect that you are not getting the full file.

How well do Adobe Acrobat files open from other web sites?

What version of Acrobat Reader are you running?

What browser are you using?

Are you running a pop-up blocker?

The reason I ask these questions, is that the majority of TR downloads are Acrobat documents that open up in a pop-up window.

If you are having problems with a specific download, let us know which 1 it is, and we can see if we have a problem with it.

Chas
