Telnet to Unix via W2K terminal session

I have an appointment with a client who has given me the following info. They are looking to deploy a W2K terminal server for off site email, file sharing, Office apps and internet. They are looking at 30 Wyse terminals with WinCE embedded. The issue is can they run a terminal session via Reflection software setup for telnet through the terminal server to a Unix accounting server?
