terminal server sessions

Hi,

We upgraded to Win 2000 from Nocell back in Dec of last year. We alo installed a terminal server. I need to know how I can give rights just to the executable of the Terminal server manager program to key individuals in my company. All users are on XP Pro. So far I have created a desktop remote connection to the executable path of the terminal serveices manager program on the term server. I trried setting up on a users PC and have them log in. The user could not see any other sessions but their own. I want to set up key individuals to be able to reset and disconnect “hung” application terminal sessions. I only want to give administrative rights to this program only not to the terminal server as a whole.
