I am stuck on this problem of not being able to activate the terminal server licensing server after the 90 day grace period has expired. I get an error when I type in a valid activation code that it could not connet to the license server. I have applied a hot fix and SP1 from MicroSoft that was supposed to fix this issue but no luck. Our PDC is a NT 4.0 box and I have configure the W2K box as a member of the domain not a controler or backup controler. Does the PDC need to have license server running on it? Is this a install from the option pack? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
