I have a 10 step documentation process (10 column headings). I want to enter an “X” on the spreadsheet to show that a step has been completed. The issue is this…I want each “X” from the spreadsheet to be interpreted on the chart as 10% of each part of the process. I can get it to work if I enter 10% in each cell, but my client wants an “X” in the cells of the spreadsheet. Any suggestions?
