text only format

Hello,

My boss wants to go to a text only message format with no graphics allowed in the body of the message, only as attachments. Any idea on how I can accomplish this.

We’re currently using Exchange 5.5 and Outlook clients from 97-2003. Workstation OS NT4-XP.

We will be migrating to Exchange Server 2003, will this have more options for this?
