As TFT monitors become more and more afordable, the advantages become more and more noticeable.
So it’s time to go out and buy.
I’m trying to figure out how to choose TFT monitors for office and/or for home.
Till now I noticed that the only common feature in advertisement notices in supermarkets and large commercial areas in general is the size: 15″, 17″, …
And the contrast? And the dot size? And the resolutions that are not so confortable to watch?
I think the refresh rate should be important for home (games or movies) and not for office (Word, Excel.
Some TFT monitor have digital conection and others don’t, but I don’t know of any interest in that at present.
So, anyone can help? Perhaps pointing some sites of info about TFT monitors other done the manufacturers sites?
