I have one user who is having this problem. We are running Exchange 2007 with a mix of Outlook 2003 and 2007 clients. This user is running Outlook 2003. I tried the command “outlook.exe /cleanrules”, but that didn’t do anything. Could this be a machine issue or does it look like the mail file is corrupt?
