Recently I got promotion to be IT Head. The old one move to other country.
Basically there are only 3 people in the team (including me).
I’ve been working as Analyst Programmer for several years. The other two : one has a strong knowlegde about network and the other is a fresh graduate.
There are no strict job desc really.
And here is my company fact :
it’s A Media Company.
we have two site (connected via WAN).
We have 370 users, consist of 250 reporter, and the rest is back office.
The average computer skill of my user is low.
I need to propose to BOD regarding IT staff / Organization Structure.
Please anyone help me with this issue?
1. what is the ideal number of IT staff for my current situation? and What should the qualification of the staff?
