The Impact of AI and Automation on Digital Marketing
AI and automation are fundamentally changing the nature of digital marketing about how processes can become much more efficient and data-driven. Amongst the biggest impacts it is liable to make on personalization will come through AI, which will allow marketers to analyze massive amounts of user data and build very personalized campaigns that resonate with individual customers at scale. While very beneficial, these technologies need to be balanced with human creativity and intuition not to be overwhelmed by automation. AI cannot replicate human touch while composing stories or interpreting minute emotions from the customer side, but it can certainly energize marketing efforts when used smartly.
AI and automation are the best tools making digital marketing smarter and efficient. But again, they should not replace human expertise and thought; instead, they should be deployed wisely and thoughtfully along with human wisdom.
