Using multiple links for DR

by Trux In reply to The importance of redunda ...

In my company we've applied this thought since many years ago. First we identified the problem when only one carrier was available at Mexico, so we requested to have alternate media through alternate routes. A couple of years ago different carriers appeared on the market and we requested a fully redundant option in terms of carrier, media and route on the HQ and in DR Site. With this we've been active during different failures and contingency events that we've faced.
