The Outlook “IN FOLDER” column

by sco_brown . Updated 16 years, 9 months ago

A user has multi subfolders in his mailbox.
A particular subfolder is named folderA.

So, if he goes into that folder, under the “IN FOLDER” column, it should say folderA correct?

For some reason, when he is in folderA, a small amount of emails show a different folder that it resides in…such as the Inbox, Deleted Items, etc. (as listed under the “IN FOLDER” column.

Has anyone seen this?

Thanks
