“The page you requested cannot be found”
LockedAll i wish to do is cancel my membership with TechProGuild that i began on the 9th May 2005, before the 30 days free period expires and charges are incurred. Ive managed to contact your site once on the 10th May but heard no response back. Since this time i have tried to click on ‘contact us’ only to be told “the page you requested cannot be found”. This is the same message which appears when i try clicking on ‘faqs’, ‘help’ and ‘account faqs’ I have tried contacting your site on the various emails you have, only to be sent back automated replies advising that i try using ‘contact us’ or ‘faqs’ to solve my problem – neither or which work, which is why i had emailed in desperation! How can a website that prides itself on IT support / help, lack the fundamental knowledge of maintaining a website that works when you click on links? This to me is not reassuring. I am frustrated that i seem to be going round in circles with no answer I would call the support number but i am based in UK and feel that i should not have to pay for incompetence on the parts of TechProGuild. I am unsure if i will even be able to view response to my question so please someone email me on “duncan9943@aol.com”. Many Thanks
