The screen is blacked out whenever I'm on a loading zone in a game.

As what the title describe, the loading time of almost everything in the game is making the laptop screen goes off and moving the mouse prevent the screen from going black. It's a new pc but still not fixed with all the software I tried to download that might even fix it, including the GPU driver. Does anyone recognize this kind of issue? Please share it. Thank you.

Can you provide more details of the issues? It could be down to a number of things.

Check network and software running

Reboot your modem and router if this is an online game. Also check that a background program is not taking most resources of the pc like the memory or cpu % usage.

If the screen blanked on a loading zone in a game, it is an issue with the graphics card.
you can try with reinstall graphics card.
