I am currently enrolled in a Systems Analysis and Design course and my instructor wants us to find **THE** [De Facto] Standard for a Software Request for Proposal. I have scoured the Internet for all it’s worth and can’t find anything more than “examples” and general templates. ANY help would be much appreciated!
