How do you turn off the clipboard function?

  Open any Office application, such as Word. Go to Edit>Office Clipboard, then click Options on the task
  pane that opens. You probably want to uncheck “Show clipboard automatically”

    What do you mean by clipboard function?
    The clipboard allows you to copy, cut and paste.
