2. What tools & talent would you need to do it?
The challenge: Build a database with a single record for EACH SINGLE INDIVIDUAL PERSON on the planet. We want to build a profile for every human being alive that will eventually describe 650 defining characteristics for each ….. AND NOTE CAREFULLY…… this behemoth will keep NO IDENTIFIABLE DATA in the operational database (it will be kept separate to comply with privacy and data retention laws)
