You can install software ilke WireShark to analyze network traffic to and from your computer. Having that information you’d be able what, from which IP address, through which port is connected to your computer.
PS. Requires understanding of networking terms.

Easy way

An easy way is to go to the task manager and check the performance and internet graph. If it showed more usage information like heavy net usage by unknown application or hack application, then it is hacked or same thing you can check from router usage.

Check for the connected devices to your local connection. Any unknown device might indicate unwanted users.
