That’s a question for the IT-support of the school.

Maybe buy your own iPad for TikTok? But if you live in het USA there’s a real risk it will be banned within a month: see https://eu.usatoday.com/story/tech/2024/12/16/tiktok-getting-banned-why-when-trump/77022873007/ . And today I read in the news that in Australia it will be forbidden for people younger than 14 years.
So it might be a bad investment.

In general, if you do not own the iPad you don’t have permission to install an application without explicit permission by the owner (your school for example). It is likely that they have installed an application to prevent users like yourself from doing so.
