I am in need of your expertise. Can you give me some advise or some journals about how to manage MIS/IT Department effectively.
What I need to know in particular are these:
1. Server (back-up, recovery plan, maintenance and security)
2. Anti-virus (your recommendations and why)
3. IT Equipments/Toolkit (hardwares and softwares)
4. Networking (effective networking)
*I was asked to help my boss and I think that these are what I need to make our department effective. TIA!
