I joined this site a while ago and I’ve found it
and the articles both very useful. I’m currently
taking a support technology class and was
wondering if anyone had any quick and helpful
tips. I’ve been to several sites and looked at
jobs but I’m wondering if I should do
something like an internship first. I know that
a lot of companies will do on the site training
but I’d rather go into it with more skills than the
average person. Are there any particular
combination of skills or certifications that are
pretty general to the field?
