Install GOOD anti-virus software on every computer you have control over. Choose a solution that also checks email attachments (the primary method for spreading viruses). Once installed, ensure that virus definitions are kept up to date. This is the only sure-fire method of stopping the spread of computer viruses.

Download Kazaa from the web, and there you can share files with other peers. You can download norton system works 2003. If you join please don't be selfish, share your files with others.

AVG Anti Virus

Unlike Norton ro McAffee, AVG has a free virus scanner that is resourceful and runs without conflict.
