I have read conflicting articles on the subject of defragmenting your hard drive, One report says not to use this tool more than twice a year, or you will cause wear & tear on your drive causing it to fail. Then Ive read another report that says the complete oppsite . To defrag often to keep your drive healthy! Which is it, or is it just a matter of opinion ?
