    Tool for Virtual storage

    Hi all,

    I need to test windows 2008 clustering in my environment.I do not have any physical storage for that. Can you suggest any tool for create virtual storage for testing environment. I am expecting your valuable suggestion regards this.

      You can mount Openfiler on a separate box and create some LUN’s so you can connect using ISCSI on the 2K8 boxes that way you have the shared storage thats needed in order to create a Cluster.

      I did the same thing when building test 2K3 and 2K8 Clusters.

      Since I was using only 1 NIC for both the SAN and Data traffic performance was affected
