So I was using my computer and had some problem where the whole thing froze, and I needed to force a shutdown. After that, I went to start up windows normally… which sent my computer to a black screen. It shut down on it’s own. I again turned it on and went to start up windows normally. I noticed that programs I had deleted earlier in the day had reappeared and programs which I had installed during the day had disappeared. It froze on the desktop screen twice, and after trying it a third time, it was freezing on the Welcome screen. I am in desperate need for my computer to work. I’m getting a new phone soon because my old one recently broke. The computer is my own access to outside world (I’m using a public one now in the library), and all my backup information for the broken phone is on there. I need it to set up the new one by tomorrow. Can someone please help me?! I’m panicking so much right now.
