Toshiba thnsn81q92cse ssd

I have a Toshiba SSD that I was given but the previous owner locked it as part of a server and doesn’t have the password anymore is there any way possible to format this hard drive. It does show up in Windows device manager, but it does not show up in Windows file explorer or any of the other file explorer type softwares that I have installed

Does it show in Windows disk management? And if it does, can you delete all partitions from that program and create a new one?

Google WINDOWS 10 DISK MANAGEMENT if you don’t know the program and how to run it.
