Total Access db noob, need help just getting started

By Palunnk ·
Howdy all. I just got a project dropped into my lap and I'm completely lost when it comes to Access, but I'm supposed to figure out how to build a multi-field, searchable database with an intuitive user interface. Gah.
Anyway, there are 10 fields total, 4 drop-down lists, 2 check boxes, 3 general text info boxes and 1 "Search" field to execute the query.
The database is supposed to be searchable by as few or as many fields as the requestor has info for.
So yeah, I'm lost. Is there any where out there that I could get a useable template beyond the MS website as I've checked there and none of their templates have what I need, and I really don't know how to start from scratch, even using the db wizard.
Any help would be extremely awesome/useful. Thanks much for your time.
