You keep it up, y'hear? I'll try to keep it down... then maybe we can soon see yarinsiz at #1, followed by you!
And hi Sonja! Is spamkill stats under repair?

Must have been a slow week in Q&A.

by CharlieSpencer In reply to Way to go Palmetto!

I participated in only three questions, and one was yours about the 'ugg' blockage.

Now there is a change

by HAL 9000 Moderator In reply to TR Community scoreboard f ...

TR Community Scoreboard is appearing in the TR Listings before it appears in a Google Search.

Does this in any way imply that finally TR is beginning to get back to what it used to be like before the Upgrade which ruined everything?

Great to see you again too Soni.

Those are weekly numbers.

For many of us, it depends on the demands at work. Some members hang out here when they're at home. apotheon's a blogger here and notable for his active participation in the discussions spawned by his columns. And many post quips and retorts in the 'Water Cooler'; the count isn't based on content quality.

Other times a particular topic will just explode and the conversational posts will flow almost too fast to keep up. Most of my posts this week are related to a problem we found with the site's spam filters. I suspect my total (and Ansu's?) includes those posts that were auto-deleted while Ansu and I were nailing down the issue.

Twenty posts a day isn't really that many. Many people send more e-mail or post to social sites more often than that daily. For me, this is the only site where I actively participate on a regular basis.

In my opinion, the 'real' count is the 'Votes up in Q&A'. Those who respond there are the ones doing the real community-building work. I don't hang out there as often as I used to, or as I should; I just got lucky this week.
