new to this software, all looks great so far. only thing is, we have around 500 phones and phone numbers, 300 laptops, projectors, printers, etc… i need to import all these from an excel file. i cannot for the life of me find a solution to my questions. there has to be a program or a 3rd party software that links into Track-IT that fills in all the info. of course there might be a certain way the excel file has to be formatted or something.
would anyone like to assist me or shoot me in the right direction for help? i called the company and they do not support this question but said that it is possible.
