My friend and I are running a business from home. I have a problem with tracking email on the way out, I mean, how can I find out if emails were responded and replied. I normally have to cc our enquiry email address which my friend can see it too. But he doesn’t do the same. So often we ended up with send 2 responses email to our clients. I use Outlook Express on Windows XP and my friend is using Windows Mail on Vista business. I would like to know if there is anyway, easier way, to track the outgoing emails or automatically tracked.
