I think a great compliment to an already great web resource (a.k.a. TechRepublic) would be the ability to have a tool that captures articles for later reference/offline reading. I sometimes notice articles of interest but do not have the time to read them or forget about them.
How about it Techrepublic? E.g. a tool to capture a shortcut of an article, and it downloads this article in the background to an local PC based information store that reflects the categories/areas of TechRepublic web site. (Should be portable so copying/importing/exporting this info store to other PCs e.g. my home PC, is easy)
