Train Vista Speech Recognition to understand spanish

I have Windows Vista set up in english and I installed the Spanish Language Pack. I setup Speech Recognition in English but I want to be able to dictate in spanish. My first language is spanish but I run my computer with an english vista OS. Is it possible train my computer to listen and understand spanish?
